- If applicable, please update your Profile (all members).
- Please pay relevant dues (regular and life members):
- Regular Members: $100 dues ($60 for society membership and $40 for Head and Neck Pathology Journal support).
- Life Members: $40 for Head and Neck Pathology Journal support.
- If you are a current Trainee Member and would like to apply for Regular Status: please pay $100 dues.
- If you are a current Life/Regular Member and would like to apply for Emeritus Status: please Contact Us
