Resident Stipend Application

Mentorship between generations may forge transformative bonds, where seasoned mentors impart their wisdom, support, and invaluable guidance, rooted in their own journeys. Through expanding the mentee’s professional network, offering practical advice, and providing a one-month study rotation in head and neck pathology, the stipend gives trainees a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in this discipline. This experience fosters confidence and equips them to navigate their personal and professional growth. As a result, the head and neck pathology community is strengthened, creating a ripple effect of shared success, a love for lifelong learning, and the cultivation of meaningful connections for years to come.

The Stipend is designed to allow residents in Anatomic Pathology (AP-only or AP/CP) or Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology to spend one month at another institution that has significant potential for training and mentorship in head and neck pathology.

Applications should be submitted on the linked google form. Applications are accepted between July 1 and January 31 of the academic year preceding the potential rotation. The first stipend will be activated during the academic year 2026-2027, with applications being accepted starting July, 2025.
